20 May 2010,
Attend GTFS training conducted by lead T.E En Ismail, which is meant for a new T.E MGTC just hired. I gained some knowledge though through this training, like what is Green Technology(GT); improve efficiency; reduce GHG emission; no impact on environment.:>
GTFS : government pay 2% of loan interest.. among other benefits..:>
Target: CO2 reduction of 40% per capital basis by 2020.;
1. reduce CO2 emission
2. reduce energy usage
3. improvement of private spending in GT program
4. increase employment
here are some new terms that i learnt from En Ismail.. :>
Brownfield = existing site
Greenfield = going to developed site.
in the evening, i attend MGTC monthly meeting.. nothing much of input.. :>

33rd day
19th May 2010,
Early in the morning, i was given a task to do summary slides on Austrian technologies requested by En Hishamudin.. took like a few hours to read the whole thing first.. at the end of the day, i finished the summary on 5 projects :
1)Electricity, heating & cooling from cogeneration
Cogeneration is based on the principle of capturing excess heat from electricity generation for use as process & usable heat..the combined transformation of biogenic energy-carriers into power, heating and cooling is called combined heat and power, CHP, cogeneration or trigeneration.
2)Biogas and Biomass
Biogas-fuelled engines improve biowaste management while providing an efficient and clean form of energy-conversion. The Thermal energy can be used in part for the plant itself, or supplied to existing or non-district heating grids. The remainder of biomass fermentation serves as valuable agricultural fertilizer. Most of biogas systems operate as combined system of manure and co-fermentation of organic waste & renewable resources.
3)Split wood, wood-chip and pellet furnaces
Modern heaters that burn split wood, wood-chips and pellet emit a comfortable heat indistinguishable from an oil or gas furnace. Security of wood supply is guaranteed by the high forest level in many European countries.
4)Biofuels
Biofuels are booming as a result of increasing cost of fossil energy carriers. It has excellent perspectives for the future in the automotive sector. Biomass is not only used as fuel, but in liquid form also for electricity generation.
5)Solar Heat
Range of products covers all applications in hot-water preparation, cooling and heating. Production and installation costs have been declining during last years due to latest manufacturing procedures. The trend towards compact and ready to plug-in units, as well as the considerable growth of the market.

Continue on summary, read on 2006 IPCC guideline on CO2 emission from fossil fuel combustion..:>
During the combustion process, most carbon is immediately emitted as CO2, however, some carbons are released as Carbon Monoxyde(CO), methane (CH4) or non-methane volatile organic compounds (NMVOCs)
CO2 emissions are independent of combustion technologies, while CH4, N2O, emission are strongly dependent on the technology

another day at MGTC.. read a power plant project.. wonder why most of malaysians proposed biomass projects fot this GTFS nowadays.. i know that Malaysia is full of biomass, but we can also do projects on water & transportation~..
need to be a lil' bit more creative fellow Malaysians..:>
the biomass power plant i'm reading uses EFB (duh.. dont they always do) and shell from mill.. the power produced will be connected to the SESB grid. as the fuel is renewable resources, it will reduce the greenhouse gas due to replacement of fossil fuel.. this is actually normal for every biomass power plant project though.. haih..
I also handed GTFS approval certificate to a client today :>

Attemted to do summary of a bio-refinery plant project... apparently, cant proceed because there isn't any calculation provided/shown in the project... i wonder how they got the CO2 outcome, energy reduction, etc... :>
dats wat happens when someone without engineering background propose a project..haih..:>
Anyway, bio-refinery plant project produce bio-diesel & bio-material (glycerol based bio-polymer chemical) from biomass water oils and/or animal fats as alternative fossie based fuel and polymer chemical materials..:>
with the utilization of bio-diesel&glycerol based bio-polymer materials, these will offset CO2 emission by displacing petrol-based fuels & chemicals.
by employing biomass waste oils & animal fats as feedstock in the production of bio-fuel and bio-materials, this will reduce pollution of biomass waste to our environment. :>
also, i review on 2006 IPCC guidelines through internet.. :>

Assisted Kak Zaharah with some printing and binding.. read about biomass power plant.:>
The proposed technology for the biomass power plant is the well proven conventional steam boiler and turbine system. The boiler will be fueled mainly by oil palm empty fruit brunches (EFB) and would be designed to possess the capability and flexibility to utilize other biomass fuels such as oil palm shells, oil palm fibers and wood waste including wood chips, bark and sawdust. The plant will comprise of two units of biomass fired boiler with two units of fully condensing steam turbine power generators. The balance of the plant would include all supporting auxiliaries and ancillary plants such as :
- Fuel handling and preparation system
- cooling system,
- ash handling system,
- pollution control
- control and protection
- communication system

Daym this surprise site visit.. cost me a meeting wif my hummhumm for lunch :>
We went to Shah Alam first, to pick up our TE, Mr Anuar.. then, took about 30minutes to reach the company's site.. Mr Devan Rajam greeted us and straight forward lead us inside a meeting room, explaining about his construction material, which can block heat from the sun..Mr Devan is actually a consultant from Global Concerts(M) Sdn Bhd, and consulting Koto(M) Sdn Bhd's project.. :>
The product is made from styrofoam.. tho i doubt the strength of it, he assured that it can be used for normal building construction, and save energy for air-conditioner, as the wall insulation prevent heat from going inside the building.. the meeting took bout 1hour..:>
Hope Mrs Superman gets well soon.:>

Joined En Hishamudin meet with representatives from MPC(Malaysian Productivity Corporation).. En Hisham gave a brief explanation about day-lighting systems which relates to Energy Efficiency, and how it would save cost of electricity..:>
After a few minutes of questions and answer between En Hisham and them, En Hisham began his presentation bout Green Technology,.. among the things presented were the energy demand in Malaysia, GHG emissions, Efficiency & Conservation Programmes, code of practice(Guidelines for Malaysian Industries), Benchmarking(Audit and rating),
the MPC representatives also asked the cost of installation a solar panel for residential usage.. En Hisham said.. for 1kW solar(Photovoltaic) panel costs around RM23,000... and normally for a bungalow,it requires abour 4kW, around RM100k.. -sweat-
pretty much expensive huh.. and it took about 15years for the reburst of the investment.. En Hisham also briefly explained the National Green Technology Policy..:>
at 11am, the pre-GTC meeting began, .. lead TE (En Ismail) and some TE's, including GTFS and EISD staffs were involved,.. they discussed about the projects that they are convinced will succeed, to present them to the banks.. :>
at 1pm, we all had lunch in the cafeteria downstairs,.. menu: nasi ayam.. i sat together with En Haniff, Din, En Ismail, En Hishamudin and my intern colleague..
En Ismail shared his experiences when he went to Italy, Vietnam, and other places, describing how thrilled he is to see the engineer products there,.. we also discussed on some present cases and news.. :>
After lunch, really had nothing to do,.. kak ros invited me downstairs to have some kuih2 which are prepared for those staffs in the meeting.. still, we took some for ourselves :p..
also finished analyzing average and total counts of ratings on feedback forms..

The seminar was actually kind of like a discussion.. with several speakers from different organizations, including UNIDO(United Nation Industries Development Organization), SME Corporation, and GEF.. and the main topic is "Improving Industrial Energy Efficiency in the Manufacturing Sector".. :>
and also, the new ISO 50001-Energy Management Standard.. which requires an organization to establish, implement, maintain and improve an energy management system, enabling systematic achievement of continual improvement in energy performance, energy efficiency, and energy conservation.:>

-En. Ismail explaining Green Technology Financing Scheme(GTFS)-:>
En Hishamudin invited us back at MGTC at around 240pm, right after En Ismail's presentation 'cuz we have a meeting scheduled at 330pm at MGTC... once we left UTM, En Hishamudin juz realized there is going to be a discussion among panels at the seminar, which I believe he was supposed to be involved... En Hishamudin texted En Ismail to represent him.. we reach MGTC around 345pm, and straight away went to one of the meeting room, waiting for other staffs.. the meeting discussed about preparation for pre-GTC meeting, MHGS project problems, screening report.. the meeting ended around 5.25pm.:>

Early in the morning, En hishamudin asked me to do a statistics of all companies, whether they have CDM(Clean Development Mechanism) or not.. he said En Zairin have a meeting this evening, and if possible, i need to finish and email it to him before solat jumaat. He asked me to ask En Haniff in how to determine whether the company has CDM or not.:>
I went down to GTFS operation room to find En Haniff, apparently, he's not here yet, so i decided to wait for him.. he showed up at 9.10am... and i told him about my new assignments, and his facial expression shows that it is a complicated and tiring works, as we had to analyze each companies' file to find the letter of approval about CDM.. En haniff was supposed to have a meeting with a client at 9 am, so he invited me to join the meeting.. the client is from Tokai Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, and she needs En Haniff's help on completing the GTFS registration form.. she also asked for clarifications on the project outcome, calculations and all. En Haniff asked my help to do a conversion from diesels, to the amount of CO2 emmision.. luckily i brought my small notebook that i wrote down formulas in it.. the meeting took about an hour, and the client wish me luck for my training period..
Then, En Haniff and i continue on the assignment from En Hishamudin, took about 2 hours to complete it..:>
Early in the morning, En hishamudin asked me to do a statistics of all companies, whether they have CDM(Clean Development Mechanism) or not.. he said En Zairin have a meeting this evening, and if possible, i need to finish and email it to him before solat jumaat.
14th day
22 April 2010
Went to Bahau and Serting to visit a biomass power plant.. took lots of pictures, and some videos.. it was a fun, yet tiring and smelly experience.:>
The day started off as usual, I came in at 8.30 am, went to my workspace and do my usual routine;online, checking mails, fb etc.. then Haniff came and handed me the safety helmet.. quite rusty compared to my CIDB's one ... i decided to use the MGTC's helmet given.. journey starts at around 10.10am, and basically took about 2 hours to reach Bahau..once we reach there, we decided to have our lunch first, .. after that, we decided to visit the power plant at Serting, and visit the one in Bahau on our way back.. so we travel to Serting, and reached "Loji Biogas & Stesen Janakuasa Felda PALM Industries Sdn. Bhd. Kilang Sawit Serting Hilir" at around 1.30pm. :>
The powerplant at Serting is basically fed by water, which has already been extract from the EFB. The water is then stored, and processed to produce gas/steam, however, the steam produced also contains Methane, which pollutes the environment, hence the gas is directed to a system that processed the methane and use it to generate electricity... the tour took about 1hour..:>
After that, we went to the EFB biomass powerplant in Bahau.. they call it Project "Gajah Putih".. dunno why... the plant is no longer operating, as there are problems with the condenser, and boiler plates.. basically this plant is supposed to feed EFB into a shredder, which will make the EFB into smaller and more manageable size. then, it will be sent to Pressing machine, which will squeeze the EFB to extract oil and reduce the moisture content.the product is then sent to Envirocycler machine to burn the processed EFB and produce heat for HRSG. HRSG is a heat exchanger that recovers heat from a hot gas stream. It produces steam that can be used to drive a steam turbine. After undergo the HRSG, the steam will be piped to the Steam Turbine which extracts thermal energy from pressurized steam and converts it to useful mechanical works. It will then connected to 10 MW TNB grid.:>

21 April 2010,
Still getting used to the organization's new name (MGTC),.. not much task today.. juz continue studying projects and make a summary out of the outcome, i.e: Electricity consumption, CO2 reduction, fuel consumption, etc. :>
Read about HiWave facility to convert organic waste to high grade fertilizers & electricity for Malaysia. The project is about recycling the organic solid wastes originally landfilled or dumped which will continually lead to anaerobic conditions. The heart of the system incorporates the patented Aerobic Thermophilic Fermentation process, which isthe conversion of organic waste to organic fertilizers within 7 days.
The 7days period consists of 5 steps(functions); Aerobic Thermophilic Fermentation(ATF) process, Drying Process, Granulation Process, Sanitizing Process, Blending Process.:>
*Cant wait for weekend to come* :>

20th April 2010,
Another day at PTM(PTHN), i'm not feeling too good this morning, hving quite a headache tho.. luckily still cn access fbchat with my doc.. hate it dat i made her worried bout me.. but, chatting wif her really helps me tho :).. :>
Received a thank-you email from Ms Azaliza for the task i submitted to her yesterday.. later, she asked me to do some more statistics bout the projects, which involves the project management team.. so i do it immediately, took a while 'cuz i cant find one of the project file,.. after a few minutes, kak ros gave me dat file, which happens to be at her place, not in the GTFS operation room.. so i updated the data immediately and submitted it to Ms Azaliza.. she then forwarded my statistics to all GTFS staffs, and ask them to update the master list with it..:>
After that, i read on the slides about GEO(Green Energy Office) building from Mr Fendi.. he promised to show me PTM building's control room later in the evening..
here is an overhead view of PTM building:>
this is the cooling system diagram:
After lunch hour, Mr Zul gave me n my colleague a brief presentation about energy efficiency and Energy Audit.. its how we monitor energy consumption of certain buildings or system,.. we also learn briefly about sustainable energy.. it was a very brief and he was very open to all sorts of questions, he even gave advices on choosing the right course direction, companies to apply work for, etc..
I was supposed to go to the Building Control room in the evening, apparently there's a monthly meeting going on at 5, so, had to go to the meeting instead,.. the meeting basically announces that PTM is in re-constructing, and it is no longer called PTM.. the new name is Malaysia Green Technology Corporation (MGTC), or u can call it Green Tech Malaysia.. then, i had to go infront and introduce myself to the staffs. and then the meeting proceeds with Q&A session, and present giving to staffs who had birthdays during dat month..

Given a very good news from an intern colleague(fb can be accessed again!). without hesitate, access my fb, found my humhumm there, n fb chat..
Continue last friday's work of analyzing energy reduction from all projects,.. and record the data..finished it, not much work to do..
After lunch, revised on small hydroelectric power plant..this project utilizes the concept of run-off-river, and will generate a capacity of 10MW & connected directly to the TNB's distribution grid.
this project support the environmental friendly for green energy sustainable development, the development of rural electrification and it will be supporting more thn 70% of local technology content.
The project consists of turbine, generator, switchgear, transformer, shunt reactor, pipeline , and distribution cable.. it has the benefits to social, economic, and environment..

10th day..
Came early in the morning, found out facebook has been block from PTM server..its a massive disaster for me tho.. another 10 weeks without fb here..
checked emails n blog..:>
At 9am, En Hishamudin invited me to join staff meeting downstairs,.. we waited for other staffs to come for about 15 minutes,.. in which ws filled by chatting with En Hishamudin.. After all the staffs involved arrive, the meeting began. basically the meeting is for the staffs to update their information on evaluation process, screening process, and problems with clients to En Hishamudin.. most of the clients give the same problems; incomplete and insufficient relevant information, unclear clarification, insufficient documents, etc.
After the staffs finish their updates to En Hishamudin, he asked me to assist him to be 'webmaster'(i'm an eng. student, really doesnt know much bout web design n stuffs), but he clarifies that all the designs will be done by the IT department, in which me and him will only propose on how to upgrade the webpage(GTFS.my).. :>
He then assigned me to analyze each projects 'Energy Reduction', and do a statistic about it..:>
At 3 pm, i went to a meeting between En Hishamudin with 2 design engineers; Mr Andrew and Mr Swaran Singh. they are both here to present their new development product, which can save power consumption in air-conditioning system, and hoping for PTM to acknowledge their technology. they prefer to finance the production of their product themselves, without the government financial assist..
After the meeting end, i approached Mr Swaran and asked him what design engineers do. he explained to me with a simple example, n its awesome. :>
p/s: cant wait to finish work today! n tmr saturday!! :0:>

9th day
15 April 2010
as usual in the morning, online for a while, then start studying medical waste management project (CarbonatorTM).
The proposed carbonator is only an addition to the existing incinerator. the addition of it can reduce fossil fuel consumption, electricity consumption, emission of pollutant gases(CO2, S0x, CO, NOs, Dioxin, Furan) and it also cut costs.
This project is categorized under waste management sector as it involves waste reduction & waste to energy process(energy recovery).
After a few minutes of understanding the project, i started to verify the project outcome calculation; the carbonator can reduce the CO2 emission from 576.6kg/tonne to 199.6kg/tonne, which is a total reduction of 65.4%. it also reduces electricity consumption by 55.6%(466kW/tonne to 207kW/tonne) , and fuel consumption by 65.4% (208 L/tonne to 72 L/tonne).
After finish reviewing and studying the project, went down to see En Hanif, he showed me on how to do project outcome summary, and asked me to do it.
went upstairs, decided to do the summary after lunch.
right after lunch, kak ros asked me to update government contacts database.(tonnes of it)..
En. Hishamuddin asked me to do a data statistics, due is tomorrow morning..
(keen to finish it by today)

14th April 2010
another day at PTM(PTHN).. invited down to a presentation about PTM building to some Germany ambassadors,.. they sure are tall and big.. haih(us asians)..:>
the presentation was about greenTech Malaysia-Green Energy Office(GEO) Building,.. we waited for the ambassadors to arrive for about 15minutes.. and after they arrived, En. Azman(General Manager of PARM Division) greet them, and did some introduction about green technology in Malaysia, and then invited Mr Steve Anthony(EISD staff) to do the presentation..
i believe Mr Steve is involved in maintenance of the building with En Fendi.
the main objective is to achieve a sustainable office building of the future using Green Technology that is already available today..
the presentation was mainly description of the technology used in PTM building, which makes it the 1st GEO Building in Malaysia; sun-based lighting system, cooling system instead of air-conditioning, insulation, flat roof.. the cooling system is using poly ethylene crosslink(PEX), and the pipes were installed on floor slab, while the flat roof act as Energy generation system (photovoltaic)..
the presentation took about an hour and 15 minutes..:>
After that, went back to my workspace, and helped EISD staff fill in some envelopes with letters and Energy Awards magazines..:>
finished with dat, went down to EISD to submit project file i did yesterday to En Hanif.. he thanked me for the job done,.. and he then asked me to get another projects and study how the project outcome is calculated(i.e: amount of CO2 released, power generated, power required, etc) based on each project..

7th day..
(13th April 2010):>
came early in the morning.. can't stop chewing mentos..
helped kak ros with some filing stuffs..
read a project that was given to me yesterday by En Hanif..
Project: Palm oil based engine oil, desulfuriser & 2 stroke oil..:>
'Energy oil' is an environmental friendly substances which dissolved oil molecules to enable a more economical and healthy consumption of inflammable fuel.. 'energy oil' is a mixer to flammable fuel that allows the burning of fuel to be more economically effective and less polluting..
Normally in the burning process during flammable fuel consumption, the fuel only burn off 70%-75% of fuel to produce energy, the excess will dispersed through the exhaust pipe in the form of black smoke and soot or otherwise as one often realizedwhen the smell off fuel happens, resulting in lesser energy capacity..
So basically, 'energy oil' solve this problem by breaking up the molecule and hydrogen bond into smaller atom thus increasing the mass to create even and balance fuel substance which allow each atom to be easily expose to oxygen thus enable the fuel burning process to reach its highest efficiency, up to 98%. This results in higher energy capacity during fuel consumption, meaning better horse power and less wastage.:>
Here are some of the advantages of 'Energy Oil'.. fuel economy, increase engine power, cleanse injectors, spark plug, carburetors & fuel delivery system, ... extends engine life, keeps engine temperature cooler & noise reduction, easier in starting of engine, environmental friendly, and non-inflammable..:>

2nd week at PTM
(12th April 2010)
Early in the morning, i asked for PTM organization stamp from kak zaharah, which is needed for our Industrial Logbook.. but she asked me to wait for the new 1 to come as PTM has change to Pusat Teknologi Hijau Negara(PTHN).. :>
after a while, i went down to GTFS department and asked Hanif if there is anything i could help him with.. then he decided to show me how the "screening process" is done, which is basically screening(green criteria) the projects proposed to PTM(or PTHN)..
he gave me a checklist and a project file.. so i went and study the projects upstairs in the EISD department.. :>
the project "Biodegradable Bag" has the goal of waste management & pollution reduction; to provide an environment friendly alternative to the use of plastic bag. The project is basically to produce Bioderadable bag with the use of "bio-resin" from tapioca starch.. unlike normal resin which is from petroleum, bio-resin is much more environmental friendly.. :>
the technology is from China, but manufacture in Malaysia; using Extruder machine, bag making machine pressing machine. :>
the total energy consumption of Biodegradable bag is the lowest, followed by earthsoul bags, PE bags, and paper bags.. low energy consumption means low Global Warming Potential(GWP).. so basically, biodegradable bag has the lowest GWP, while paper bags has the highest GWP.. :>

5th day at PTM...
(9th April 2010)
nothing much of tasks given today..
went down to GTFS department in the morning, help filling database of projects proposed to PTM... *really getting familiarized with Microsoft Excel now:)*.. while filling in the database, i took a look at 2 or 3 projects,.. :>
one of them is about supply of renewable energy steam to a company.. it is basically to reduce growth rate of Green House Gases(GHG) through displacement of fossil fuel for power & steam generation by utilising palm oil residues& other biomasses from industrial, and also landscaping activities via gasification system..:>
The project is to build a biomass power plant, fueled with mainly empty fruit brunches(EFB) wood waste.., the main technology in the steam generation system originates from the Babcock & Wilcox biomass furnace conceptual design; advance combustion & emission control.. :>
currently, steam is produced by natural gas,.. however, the supply of natural gas is limited ,hence, alternative energy source is required.:>
the system use pyrolysis technique to convert energy content of the EFB into steam for power generation..:>
also read about some other projects, which use quite the same concept and technology..:>
just got a surprise call from an unknown number.. apparently, i know who was on the phone.. really helped clear things off my head a bit, and freshens me up:> :>..

4th day at ptm..
(8th April 2010)
reached ptm at 8.25, and kak ros assigned me to do GTFS database key in.. it was quite a LOAD of database to key in... worked it out for straight 2 hours,.. starting to feel stress a bit,:>
minutes later, an email came in from my doc, really took my mind off the workload, feels good again and ready to continue on other tasks:>
Kak Ros asked me to do a Gantt Chart dat En Hishamuddin requires.. the Gantt chart is basically project GTFS timeline.. she gave me a template of it in excel, and explained some stuff.. then, i went down to GTFS operation room to do the Gantt Chart with help from hafiz(semuit).. took about half an hour to get a perfect Gantt Chart to please En Hishamuddin.. then En hishamuddin asked me to submit the Gantt Chart to kak ros..:>
after lunch, went down to GTFS dep., help En Hanif do project screening... while filling in required data of the companies, I read some of the project explanation.. one of them is palm oil waste energy resources..:>
the project basically undertake the integrated management of solid&liquid waste in palm oil mill. The project can reduce CO2 emission from the capture & destruction of methane from POME(dun ask me wat tis is) & displacement of grid energy from energy generated by the technology..
read memorandum of companies, shareholders, and paid-up capital..:>

3rd day at PTM..
not much of activity today,..
juz went to a discussion and a meeting with a client..:>
the discussion was with GTFS, EISD staffs and Technical Expert(T.E) En. Ismail Abdullah..
En Ismail Abdullah have been working with Petronas for quite some years,.. and i realized he has such a knowledge about engineering.. especially chemical engineering.. he has such a strong field experience that i felt like saluting dat guy for his smartness.. never tot an engineer is so cool tho!.:>
The discussion was actually a preparation for the meeting with the clients.. they went through the project proposal and documentations, and pointed out the important things they want the client to clarify, such as the registration process, the efficiency of the system, and their output buyer....:>
After an hour of discussion, the client came.. the client was a new company, which appointed 2 guys to represent them.. one of them is an engineer(En. Ali) who has 25 years of experience with Petronas, and the other guy is a "Dato'". En Ali did the presentation on the technology he invented.. I really wish i can share it in here, but he clarified those informations are classified and cannot be recorded..
Basically their company propose a project about waste management... so its more related to chemical engineering, on how the substances were processed..
En Ali said that he got the idea of this project from an accident back when he was working for Petronas, and then he keeps doing experiment on converting plastic to energy..( Charcoal, Crude oil , and gas).. basically this technology has already been used worldwide, but En Ali invented a system that can cut down a bunch of cost, which he said is his secret,.. he wouldn't even reveal it to the PTM T.E, and C.O.O.;
probably juz protecting his technology from being stolen.. :>
from his presentation, he sure knows A LOT about chemical and chemistry,.. I felt soo overwhelmed by his knowledge..
Apparently, he was a Civil Engineering student... but i believe his 25 years experience with Petronas has made him the guy he is today.. :>
the meeting went well during En Ali's presentation, .. however, during the questions and answer from PTM's T.E, it was quite tense..
probably because they did not complete the checklist, and submit a complete registration,.. on the other hand, En Ali claimed that he has submitted it twice, and got the completion confirmation twice from PTM.. thats when things were quite tense.. eventually, when En Hishamuddin insists En Ali on doing it again, right there in the meeting room, the problem was found.. it has something to do with the GTFS' website.. En Ali filled the requirements in the web, monitored by T.E and En Hishamuddin,.. but the system still cannot get the registration..
They are considering a possibility of a hacker actually hacked into the website, and blocked other companies from registering, so that their company got the approval from PTM, as the protocol here is "1st come 1st serve" thingy..
after a while, they settled to an agreement, and the meeting ended..:>
En Ali did asked me once, "which university are u from?",. i said uniten,.. and he said,"UNITEN is a very good university"...
well.. its good to get an acknowledgment from such an awesome engineer as En Ali.. :>
Basically, today is the day that i actually learn A LOT about engineering stuff so far at PTM.. and believe it or not, its just from "1 meeting" and a discussion..:>
P/S: cant wait for saturday to come :>
juz went to a discussion and a meeting with a client..:>
the discussion was with GTFS, EISD staffs and Technical Expert(T.E) En. Ismail Abdullah..

PTM (PTHN)
2nd day at PTM
Discovered a LED table light at my desk.. I've underestimated the lighting power of LED all my life, but in reality, it's BRIGHT!
really innovative and energy efficient as LEDs requires less power than normal light.. :>
and, finally got my own laptop from PTM.. thx tho, hope this helps me to cope wif my boredness here :>
After about an hour of spending time enjoying the new lappy, finally kak zaharah called and asked me to do file labeling, and left me blur at my desk, without further explanation about it. After a while of blurness, i asked Fendi, a staff here on how to do it. He then talked to kak Zaharah, and i was given a "Labeling Template". Kak Zaharah then further explained to me how to write it.
Took about 15minutes to do the Green Township Project file label,
and then Fendi asked me to do another Project file labeling, which i took about 5 minutes.
*mastered the file labeling task* :>
After lunch, kak roslina asked me to accompany her to GTFS operation room and get client files. The files contains Project Evaluation, clarifications, original submissions from companies that intend to propose their project to PTM, and each files are like twice the size of Calculus textbook.
Took 2 hours to organize 10 companies' project files. These files are to be evaluated by PTM's Technical Experts later on. :>
